Every business should automate, right?

For most businesses, the challenge isn’t knowing if they should automate, but how and when.

True, just about every business, big and small, can benefit from some level of automation. But it can still be difficult to make the right automation decisions when you’re new to the field. That’s where expert advice, internal research, and a little trial and error come into play.

When preparing to automate aspects of your business, keep the following points in mind:

  • The return on investment
  • The potential loss of human-to-human contact
  • Full automation vs. partial automation (i.e. supplementing human work rather than replacing it)
  • The nature of your business (companies that work in trades or one-on-one customer interactions might be better off using a hands-on approach)

Got unanswered questions about automating your business? Drop us a line. We’d love to help.

And in the meantime, here’s your bimonthly dose of automation inspiration.

So now we use InvoiceNinja, generating invoices with the click of a button from our Airtable CRM.

Integrate with Zapier or Integromat and save yourself a few hours a week like we no do.
