We have 3 offices one for each our markets that we operate in, Atlanta, Nashville, and Tampa. As such, we have three separate and local social media campaigns for each office.
We setup Zapier to automatically post new articles and blog posts to each social media account for each office - there's a Facebook, Yelp and Google Plus page for each. We were doing this by hand , but now with Zapier we save around 2 hour a week with the automation, and our pages stay fresh and managed.
It took some study and trial and error to get it setup correctly, but the investment has paid for itself.
