How these companies use Zapier for data analytics automation
Using Zapier to automate data analytics is a popular use case. We look at some companies doing it.
I'm currently incubating a new company Solitaired, where we tie classic games to brain training.
With Solitaired, we manage a number of ad partners that send us data. Historically, we would have to parse through this data and manually consolidate them into spreadsheets to then analyze. Now, our ad partners can email us reports, and we use Zapier to automatically populate the data in Google Spreadsheet. It saves an incredible amount of time, and gives us immediate insights we can act on.
We're now looking at using Zapier to take data from Spreadsheets and put it in our database, where we can further analyze with reporting systems like Domo.
Setting this all up was straightforward. It was about 2-3 hours to understand everything and implement it.
